3. Look after your body
Looking after your body can mean a lot different things, but over here we like to keep it simple for you by focusing on the three main types of health; sleep, nutrition and exercise. Your body is the vessel that is going to take you through life so, make sure that you take care of it.

Sleep is one of the most essential parts of being and staying healthy, yet it is the one that is most overlooked. It has an effect on your weight, mood, alertness and so much more! There is debate on how much is a perfect amount of sleep but on average most experts suggest roughly 8 hours of sleep per night.

There’s no need to buy all the new equipment or go to the gym as much as you can in the 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week. You can simply start at home.

We must of said it 100 times before, but the theory of you being the average of the five people that you spend the most time with is so accurate. Although it might not be as simple of an equation as that, it is a valuable lesson either way.
The people that you surround yourself with have such a huge influence who you are and who you are becoming, either for the good or for the bad So, if you want to become a mentally, physically, and spiritually more well rounded person, you need to start connecting with people on the same mission as you.

Get outside your comfort zone.
If you want your life to change, that means you will have to change and that means pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. Also, your comfort Zone grows with you, so if you test it, It will expand making things feel less daunting to you and if you don’t, your comfort zone will shrink making it harder for you to do things

In life, you need to be your own best friend and take care of yourself because there’s not always going to be someone there to support you, This is why you need to create a self care routine so that you can fall back on it when you aren’t feeling your best.
Self care doesn’t have to be a woo woo topic where you engage in some weird ritual that you’ve seen on tiktok, it can simply be spending time on your own, reflecting on your thoughts.
5. Set new goals
If you want 2022 to be your year, you need to have a project or something to work on that will make you a better person in the long run.
Learn a new skill.
This one is like having a new years resolution, It’s something to put your entire focus into for the rest of the year. It could be building a business, learning a new language or practicing to play an instrument, Anything that will put you closer to your ideal self.
Learning a new skill isn’t always a pay to play kind of game, There are many great free resources out there, from podcasts and videos to courses and workshops, it just depends on how committed you are going to be.
Stay organized with a routine.
To become a better version of yourself, you are going to have to be organized and disciplined, This can be achieved by creating a routine that nudges you into making the right decisions day in, day out.
